Requirement “View” page
On the Requirement view page, the following information is now available for monitoring requirements:
- Monitoring plan name.
- Requirement set name.
Maintaining the link between expected samples & tasks - Drinking Water
- Extending the monitoring period
Now on both the batch editor and the requirement view page when users extend the monitoring period of a requirement, all previously generated expected samples and tasks are maintained. - Reducing the monitoring period
When the monitoring period is reduced for one or more requirements, the expected samples and tasks that exist within the newly specified monitoring period are maintained. - Removing excess tasks
A new feature called “Remove excess tasks” is available within the batch editor and requirement view page. Changes to the frequency of requirements or a reduction in the monitoring period length will allow the user to keep the tasks or delete tasks that are no longer applicable to the monitoring requirement.- Removing tasks will delete tasks no longer associated with the requirement.
- Keeping tasks will maintain these idle tasks in the task manager.
