Tracking Licenses & Certifications

Permissions
To utilize this feature, users must have the edit utility customer permission enabled in the environment.
Creation Process
Users can add the following information when entering licenses and certifications:
- Name: The name of the license or certification.
- ID Number: A unique identifier for the license or certification.
- Expiry Date: The date when the license or certification expires.
- Issued By: This field is configurable in Admin > Permitting Management > Permit Organizations.
Status Display
The system will automatically display the status of each license or certification, indicating whether it is valid or expired. This visibility allows users to stay informed about compliance statuses at all times.
Edit and Delete Options
Users have the flexibility to edit or delete licenses and certifications as necessary, ensuring that the information remains accurate and up to date.
