We are enhancing the management of discharge permits by integrating the Weekly Permit Summary and Permit Expiration Summary emails with the All Permits page in the community module. These updates will ensure users receive comprehensive updates regarding both general and discharge permits.
Weekly Permit Summary
The Weekly Permit Summary provides a concise snapshot of the current status of discharge permits and is sent to the designated contacts for each permit. The summary includes the following permit statuses:
- In Progress
- Pending
- Active
- Expiring Soon
- Expired
All discharge permits will be included in the All Permits page, and this email will be triggered alongside general permits created in Klir, enhancing visibility and management.
Permit Expiration Summary
The Permit Expiration Summary email details all permits due to expire within specified time frames: 1, 3, 6, and 9 months. This email is sent to the responsible contact for each permit, ensuring timely notifications about upcoming expirations.
