Task and Sub Task Notifications

Klir sends various notifications to keep you informed about your tasks and upcoming deadlines. Below is an overview of the notifications you may receive in relation to tasks in Klir.

You Have Been Assigned a Task in Klir

This notification is sent whenever a new task is assigned to you in Klir.

Key Details:

  • Task Name: The notification will display the name of the task that has been assigned to you.
  • Assigned By: The name of the person who assigned the task will also be included in the notification.
  • Action Button: A “View Task” button will be present in the notification. Clicking this button will:
    • Open a new session of Klir
    • Take you directly to the task so you can review and start working on it.


Your Upcoming Work in Klir

You will receive notifications related to upcoming tasks that have enough lead time before their due date to send them. 

  • 1 Month Before Due Date
  • 2 Weeks Before Due Date

Key Details:

  • Task Name: The name of the upcoming task will be included.
  • Action Button: A “View Task” button will be included. When clicked, it will:
    • Open a new session of Klir
    • Take you directly to the task so you can review and prepare for it.


Daily Reminder: Overdue Tasks

If you have any overdue tasks in Klir, you will receive daily reminder notifications until the task is marked as completed or closed.

Key Details:

  • Task Name: The name of the overdue task will be included in the notification.
  • Action Button: A “View Task” button will be included. Clicking this button will:
    Open a new session of Klir
    Take you directly to the overdue task to enable you to review and complete it.
  • Reminder Frequency: The daily reminders will continue until the overdue tasks are marked as completed or closed.


These notifications ensure that you stay up-to-date with your tasks, deadlines, and any actions required. By utilizing the "View Task" button in each notification, you can quickly navigate to your tasks in Klir to take the necessary actions.
