Step 1: Log in
Log in to Klir Administration to get started.
Step 2: Filter by Program Type
- Navigate to Customers → All Customers.
- In the Program Type dropdown menu, select Water Protection.
- Click Apply Filter.

This will generate a list of customers assigned to the Water Protection Program.
Step 3: Assign a Case Manager
- Open any Customer account.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the profile and select Edit Info.
- Review the Customer details (these may be filled in with dummy data). Click Next to move to the second page.
- Under Additional Details, open the dropdown menu for Water Protection Case Manager and select a name (you may also select your own).
- Click Save.
The Water Protection Case Manager is now assigned to that Customer account.
Step 4: Search by Case Manager
- Navigate back to Customers → All Customers.
- In the WP Case Manager dropdown menu, select the name of the Case Manager you just assigned.
- Click Apply Filter.
You’ll now see a filtered list of Customers assigned to that Water Protection Case Manager.
