Searching: How to find Customers, Facilities, and Contacts

Step 1: Log in

Log in to Klir Administration to get started.

Step 2: Filter by Program Type

  1. Navigate to Customers → All Customers.

  2. In the Program Type dropdown menu, select Water Protection.

  3. Click Apply Filter.

This will generate a list of customers assigned to the Water Protection Program.

Step 3: Assign a Case Manager

  1. Open any Customer account.

  2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the profile and select Edit Info.

  3. Review the Customer details (these may be filled in with dummy data). Click Next to move to the second page.

  4. Under Additional Details, open the dropdown menu for Water Protection Case Manager and select a name (you may also select your own).

  5. Click Save.

The Water Protection Case Manager is now assigned to that Customer account.

Step 4: Search by Case Manager

  1. Navigate back to Customers → All Customers.

  2. In the WP Case Manager dropdown menu, select the name of the Case Manager you just assigned.

  3. Click Apply Filter.

You’ll now see a filtered list of Customers assigned to that Water Protection Case Manager.
