What’s New in v9.911

Klir v9.9.11 brings one consistent sampling experience to every product. Sample scheduling now works the same way across Drinking Water, Wastewater and Community, with configurable notifications to keep your team ahead of what’s due. Water Protection also gets a major round of tester compliance updates, and Industrial Pretreatment reporting is more flexible. Here’s everything, section by section.

Klir Connect: Tester Terms and Conditions

Note: Testers will see this the next time they log in, so you may want to give them a heads-up.

Klir Connect: Tester Terms and License Checks

  • Testers accept the Klir Connect terms and conditions once, and each acceptance is recorded with the date and time
  • Prevent testers from submitting test types they aren’t licensed for
  • Automatic license expiry reminders 14 and 7 days before expiry
Note: Testers will see the terms the next time they log in, so you may want to give them a heads-up. To turn on license checks and reminders, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Klir Support.

Failed Backflow Tests Always Followed Up

  • Every failed Backflow test is now rescheduled for a retest, whatever the hazard’s test cycle.
Note: You may see new retests and Overdue items on hazards that don’t normally require testing. That’s the new safeguard at work.

Utility Review for Flagged Tests

Hold flagged tests for review before they affect compliance, scheduling or the official report.

  • Tests are flagged automatically or can be added to review manually
  • Approve to process as normal, or reject to reinstate the original due date
  • Every decision is recorded for a full audit trail
  • Test status and Passed/Failed counts now show the system-calculated result
Note: Your Passed/Failed counts may shift slightly. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Klir Support to set up Utility Review.

    Reuse Updates

    Potable Reuse

A new Potable Reuse product gives utilities a dedicated space to manage their Potable Reuse program. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Sample Results Export Reflects Sort Order

Exporting sample results now preserves whatever sort order you've applied on screen, so the export matches what you're looking at.
