We’re excited to share the latest updates in this release! This version focuses on improving usability, expanding flexibility, and making it easier for teams to collaborate—especially within Water Protection workflows.
Better Support for Physical Mail Notifications
We’ve introduced new tools to help you reach customers who prefer (or require) physical mail:
- Manual Print Workflow: Easily generate printed notices for customers without digital access.
- Bulk Printing: Select multiple notices at once and print or download them for mailing.
- Smart Routing: The system automatically identifies which customers should receive physical notices.
- Improved Visibility: New filters and columns make it simple to find and manage notices that need to be mailed.
Smarter Customer Setup
Managing customer communication preferences is now easier:
- Automatic Preference Defaults: When importing customers, notification preferences are set automatically based on available contact information (e.g., email vs. no email).
- Saves time and helps ensure customers are contacted the right way from the start.
Enhanced Reporting & Collaboration
We’ve made it easier for teams to review, collaborate, and manage submitted reports:
- Structured Review Process: A new checklist helps guide consistent report reviews.
- Internal Comments: Tag teammates and collaborate directly within reports.
- In-App File Viewing: Open common file types (like PDFs, spreadsheets, and images) without needing to download them.
More Flexible Permit Management
Based on your feedback, we’ve added more control over how permits and requirements are managed:
- Flexible Due Dates: You can now set and adjust dates more freely, including past dates when needed.
- Improved Permit Mapping: Better support for managing multiple permits tied to the same discharge point—without impacting other records.
General Improvements
- Updated system components for a smoother, more consistent experience across the platform.
- Minor visual and usability enhancements.
Bug Fixes
This release also includes fixes to improve reliability and day-to-day workflows, including:
- Restored file upload functionality in the customer portal
- Improved search consistency across pages
- More reliable data imports
- Fixes to ensure permit data updates behave as expected
