Assets can be transferred between customers and customer facilities directly from the Asset Edit page. This provides flexibility when managing assets, while maintaining a complete transfer history for traceability.
Step 1: Navigate to Asset Inventory
- Go to Community → Admin → Asset Management → Asset Inventory.
- From the table, click on the asset you want to transfer.
- Select Edit Asset.

Step 2: Transfer the Asset
- To transfer to a different Customer, update the Customer field.
- To transfer to a different Facility, update the Facility field.
- Click Save.

Step 3: View Transfer History
- From the Asset Detail page, click the three vertical dots (kebab menu).
- Select Asset History to view a full log of transfer activity.
