How to Submit a new License

Step 1: Log in

Log in to the Portal to get started.

Step 2: Submit a License or Certification

From the home screen, click Submit New License and Certification in the top-right corner.

From the dropdown menu, select the type of license or certification you’d like to upload.

Step 3: Upload Your Document

Choose the license/certification file and click Upload.

📌 Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, or PNG (multiple files can be uploaded at once).

Once uploaded, you’ll be brought back to the main page.

  • The new certificate will appear in yellow, indicating it has been submitted and is waiting for Utility review.

Step 4: Track Your Submission

After submission, the document is flagged for the Utility to review.

To check the status of your submission:

  1. Click My Tickets in the top bar.

  2. Review the list of tickets you’ve created.

  3. Click into a ticket to view its details.

Ticket details include:

  • Ticket creation date

  • Close date (if closed)

  • Ticket owner (if assigned)

  • Ticket description
