Use the login supplied from the water Utility.

- First-Time Login
You’ll receive an email with a temporary password. Use this to log in for the first time. - Set Your Password & Enable 2FA
On your first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password.- Optional: A two-factor authentication (2FA) might also be enabled. A verification code may be sent to your registered phone number.
If your phone number is outdated or incorrect, contact your Utility directly to update it.

- Resetting Your Password
If you ever forget your password, just click “Forgot password” on the login screen.
An email will be sent with instructions to reset it. - Welcome Page
Once logged in with your email and password, you’ll be taken to the Tester Welcome Page.
