How to log into the Klir Portal

1. Access the Portal
   Use the login supplied from the water Utility.

1. First-Time Login
   You’ll receive an email with a temporary password. Use this to log in for the first time.
   
   
2. Set Your Password & Enable 2FA
   On your first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password. 
   • Optional: A two-factor authentication (2FA) might also be enabled. A verification code may be sent to your registered phone number.
     If your phone number is outdated or incorrect, contact your Utility directly to update it.
     
     
3. Resetting Your Password
   If you ever forget your password, just click “Forgot password” on the login screen.
   An email will be sent with instructions to reset it.
   
   
4. Welcome Page
   Once logged in with your email and password, you’ll be taken to the Tester Welcome Page.
