Figure 2: Set of filters to choose from to search for customers.
Option 1: Use Filters
In the All Customers section, you can refine your search using filters. These include:
- Customer Type – Non-Domestic or Domestic
- Programs – Industrial Pretreatment or Water Protection
- Compliance Status – Compliant or Non-Compliant
- Operational Status – Active or Inactive
- Service Areas – Based on Austin’s categorization
- Tags – Optional custom fields (can be built with Austin’s team)
- Service Provider – Yes or No
- IPP Case Manager – Customers tied to a specific Pretreatment Coordinator/Case Manager
- WP Case Manager – Customers tied to a specific Water Protection Coordinator/Case Manager
- Surcharge Eligible – Yes or No
Once you select a filter, the customer list automatically updates to show only relevant results.
Option 2: Use the Search Bar
To the left of the filters, use the search bar (purple magnifying glass).
You can search by Address, Customer Name, Account ID, or Contact.
Start typing, click the magnifying glass, and the list will shorten based on your search.
