Creating and Using Tags

Creating and Using Tags

Have you ever struggled to quickly find a specific location, permit, or task? Using tags can significantly improve your search efficiency and help you find what you’re looking for very quickly.

Tags are labels used to categorize data, making it easier to organize and locate information across permits, tasks, and community customers within the platform.

For example, if a number of your tasks are related to a specific facility, you could create a Tag with the Facility Name to then be able to quickly filter to only tasks related to that facility.

In this article, we will guide you through using and creating tags..

Using Tags

You can then utilize these tags across various locations within the Klir platform.

In a Permit

Click on the + Tag area to choose from the list of available tags created in the first step of this article. You can even apply multiple tags!

Any selected tags will then be applied and displayed on the permit.

Once tags are added, searching for specific permits becomes significantly easier by filtering or using tags in searches.

In a Task
