Violation Management

In a perfect world, there would be no violations, but on the bright side, Klir can help you manage violations seamlessly. 

Violation management enables your team to systematically address and resolve violations that may be linked to regulatory requirements. Through violation management, organizations can proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate potential risks, minimizing their impact.

Accessing Violation Management

From the main navigation menu, click on 'Compliance'.

Select 'Violation Management' to access the violations dashboard.

The Violation Management page serves as a comprehensive hub for effectively managing compliance issues and tracking their resolution. It features Violation management and owned by tiles, along with a detailed list of violations organized by severity and ownership. This dashboard provides a clear overview of all violations within the system, providing information to proactively address and resolve any compliance concerns.

Documenting Violation Instances

Creating a new violation can be done by clicking on the '+ Violation' button. 

Once you have filled out the form, click the 'Add Violation' and the violation will be created. It's that easy!

Clicking on a specific violation will show the details page of that violation.
