Admin

The Admin section is the control center for tenant-level configuration and data management.

  • Feature Configuration: Administrators can toggle specific modules, such as Activate liquid waste haulage management or Auto-generate sample compliance issues.
  • Lookup Management: Used to define system-wide dropdown values, including Event types and Waste types.
  • Data Management:
    • Sample Transfers: Facilitates lab result integration. The system prompts the user to ensure the date format matches the tenant's specific requirements (e.g., "Please ensure that Date Format is [Format]"), which is customizable in Settings.
    • File Imports: Used for the bulk onboarding of customers using standardized Excel templates.
